on Tuesday 04-01-2022 decided to enforce weekend curfew Starting this Friday 07-01-2022
in view of rising Covid-19 Cases. After Chief Minister
Basavaraj Bommai held a marathon three-hour meeting with ministers, experts of
the Covid19 Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), Revenue Minister R Ashoka and
Health Minister Dr K Sudhakar told media persons that the restrictions will be
in force from 10 pm on January 5 (Wednesday) to 5 am on January 19.

In the order, the state government also
stated that it has deployed 8 IAS officers to handle and manage the COVID19

department on Monday, wards that reported the highest number of daily cases are
Bellandur, HSR Layout, Doddanekkundi, Hagadur, Horamavu, Uttarahalli,
Hemmigepura, Byatarayanapura and Hoodi.
